Deanna Doan, a nearly 20-year program management professional, has joined Allegheny Science & Technology as director of defense and intelligence programs at the McLean, Virginia-based government services provider.
She succeeds George Spencer, who will transition into an executive vice president role and support the company’s research, development and demonstration projects in the federal sector, Allegheny said Thursday.
Doan previously oversaw LMI‘s capture activities in the intelligence market, as well as managed programs and customer service delivery strategies at Northrop Grumman and TASC.
She has also worked with several U.S. senior intelligence officials to help them develop strategic plans and implement process improvement and communication initiatives.
